Disclaimer

Hey there, Geoffrey here.

As a tech blogger and believer and supporter of open source software, I’ve always believed in transparency on the web and so I am disclosing that I’ve included certain online courses, products and links to those products on this site that I will earn an affiliate commission for for any purchases you make.

My goal with the LoudProgrammer blog is to help educate you on the possibilities that exist for a professional web developer… but please understand that I am doing this as a for-profit business and, frankly, so should you with your web programming skills unless you have some charitable endeavor in mind.

I may not list every program that I have an affiliate agreement with here in this page because I am constantly adding and removing products on the basis of their effectiveness for both aspiring and experienced web developers.

With this in mind, you should assume that any links leading you to products or services are affiliate links that I will receive compensation from just to be safe.

However, there are thousands of products and services on the web that offer great learning and developer productivity resources for aspiring as well as experienced programmers. I only promote the products & services that I have tried and tested and truly feel will deliver value to you as a developer.

Examples would include the online courses from Udemy and Coursera.

Please note that I have not been given any free products, services or anything else by these companies in exchange for mentioning them on my site. The only consideration I get is in the form of affiliate commissions when you purchase a course, product or service from any of these companies.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me by using my contact page. It can be accessed on the menu above.

Cheers and happy coding!

Geoffrey.
